Tv guide stila una classifica sulle star più pagate del piccolo schermo e dando una scorsa alla lista ci si rende conto dell’enorme investimento economico che rappresentano questi attori che hanno raggiunto compensi da capogiro, ma che sono anche una garanzia per i network televisivi disposti a sborsare cifre immani pur di tenere in squadra queste vere e proprie galline dalle uova d’oro.
Prima di lasciarvi dopo il salto alle due classifiche complete suddivise in due categorie (drama e comedy) diamo un’occhiata veloce alla prime posizioni, per i serial-comedy svetta nonostante le travagliate vicissitudini legali Charlie Sheen che con 1.25 milioni di dollari per Two and a Half Men è praticamente inarrivabile, mentre per i serial-drama svetta Hugh Laurie che con il suo Dr. House porta a casa 400.000$ ad episodio, seguito dalla coppia di detective di Law & Order: SVU interpretati da Chris Meloni e Mariska Hargitay che insieme toccano quasi 800.000$.
Sempre per i drama da segnalare i sorprendenti 350.000$ di Denis Leary per Rescue Me davvero notevoli se paragonati agli appena 200.000$ di David Boreanaz per Bones e i 75,000$ di Anna Paquin per True Blood, mentre per i serial-comedy da segnalare le quattro casalinghe di Desperate Housewives che con 400.000$ a testa occupano la terza posizione, subito dopo il Jon Cryer co-protagonista con Sheen di Two and a Half Men che si assesta al secondo posto con mezzo milione di dollari tondo ad episodio.
